As api-platform is handling its packages a similar way like Symfony but only post the changelog in the main repo, this should be used as the source for the packages and changelog

We'll need to figuer out a way to do this more efficiently using patterns in the future so we don't need to add multiple entries incase all multiple packages point to the same repo.
