This will cover:

• adding an Attribute for repository splits
• ensuring that all phases of the Renovate run (repository splits) are instrumented in their own span
• adding an Attribute for the repo, platform being run against
• adding a span for each branch
• adding VCS Semantic Conventions https://opentelemetry.io/docs/specs/semconv/registry/attributes/vcs/#vcs-repository-attributes
