Changes
This PR updates the documentation for Bitbucket to switch to API tokens instead of app passwords. Any changes won't impact existing customers as this is all backwards compatible.

Context
For Bitbucket, app passwords are being deprecated, switch to use API tokens instead. The code to make API tokens work has already been merged.
