I noticed these lines too:

Pillow/src/libImaging/ImPlatform.h

Lines 74 to 76 in b871903

#ifdef _MSC_VER
typedef signed __int64 int64_t;
#endif

but actually int64_t is used in QuantTypes.h, QuantOctree.c, and Draw.c, all of which import <stdint.h>.
