Use the more modern `@pytest.mark.flaky` decorator to mark tests as flaky, rather than `@flaky.flaky`. This avoids type checking issues, and improves compatibility with other implementations of the marker, such as `pytest-rerunfailures`. Signed-off-by: Michał Górny <mgorny@gentoo.org>
