This PR upgrades `pulldown_cmark` to v0.12. There were a few breaking changes that needed to be accounted for: - The `BlockQuote` variant now has a `kind` attached. Right now we're ignoring it. - `pulldown_cmark` now emits tags for definition lists. Fix #912
The root cause was that the parser consumed nothing when a metadata block delimiter was indented. This caused an infinite loop calling
parse_blocksmethod and eventually caused out-of-memory crash which I reported at #912.I confirmed the fuzzer no longer reports a crash with the same input after this fix.
