This PR upgrades `pulldown_cmark` to v0.12. There were a few breaking changes that needed to be accounted for: - The `BlockQuote` variant now has a `kind` attached. Right now we're ignoring it. - `pulldown_cmark` now emits tags for definition lists. This PR adds a new CLI option to enable the
Options::ENABLE_GFMparser option like other parser options. It is useful to understand how the parser option works in terminal.
