refactor(napi/parser, linter/plugins): minify walker code (#14376)
Run minifier on generated AST walker code. Mainly the purpose is to prepare the way for generating a different variant of the walker for linter which tracks ancestors while walking (pre-requisite for supporting selectors DSL).
