It had been quite unclear when these defaults changed, and it turns out to depend not on a version number, but how the API was used. So we now no longer need to unconditionally add this annotation, and instead can rely on the logic in src/main/java/org/openrewrite/java/testing/junit5/MockitoJUnitToMockitoExtension.java
