just heads up that you can amend/fixup release please using https://github.com/googleapis/release-please?tab=readme-ov-file#how-can-i-fix-release-notes and rerunning release please action it seems like this empty commit did confuse release please quite a bit, putting this commit message in changelog for all packages (instead of applying it just for netlify/otel and potentially just noting that other packages dependencies were bumped) |
