This PR removes obsolete CI configurations and build artifacts:

  • Deletes Travis CI (.travis.yml) and Circle CI (circle.yml) configuration files
  • Removes Kotlin metadata libraries from .kotlin/metadata/ directory
  • Adds .kotlin to .gitignore to prevent committing build artifacts
  • Simplifies DEVELOPMENT.md to focus on EditorConfig instead of manual Kotlin style guide setup
