Nx Cloud has identified a possible root cause for your failed CI:

We've classified this as an environment_state issue because the e2e-repair test expects an Nx migration (21-1-0-add-ignore-entries-for-nx-rule-files) that's missing from the actual output. The PR's tar import changes have no logical connection to Nx migration catalog composition. This appears to be a test snapshot that's out of sync with the current Nx environment state, rather than a failure caused by the tar upgrade.
