Since that's the last test that looks for the version, we can remove this attribute from the test structure.
On a side-note, what did that test check for, is it still relevant?

This change updates the supported versions for go-cty and hcl/v2. To assist plugin developers, including the Packer team, support the plugin ecosystem the packer-sdc fix command has been updated to add, or updating applied fixes, for the go-cty fork to version 1.13.3.
