Backport of #2735 to @grpc/grpc-js@1.10.x.
Builds are failing because of DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped#69355, which is picked up through
jsdoc. This change updates the direct dependency onjsdocto pick up a patch that fixes the problem, and removes a transitive dependency onjsdoc.
