This pull request updates the API sources and regenerates several libraries, including chat, compute, container, datacatalog, dataproc, and geminidataanalytics. The changes consist of version increments in configuration files, corresponding updates to the changelog files, and metadata updates for generated snippets. I have no feedback to provide.
