Description

Add the import statement for firebirdsql. Our integration test runs on linux and did not catch this error.
Seems like windows will look for the import statement -- unable to create pool: unable to create connection pool: sql: unknown driver \"firebirdsql\" (forgotten import?)"

fix: add import for firebirdsql (googleapis#2045)

## Description

Add the import statement for firebirdsql. Our integration test runs on
linux and did not catch this error.
Seems like windows will look for the import statement -- `unable to
create pool: unable to create connection pool: sql: unknown driver
\"firebirdsql\" (forgotten import?)"`
