  • Pull in publish-python.yml from C++ jsonnet.
  • Update to newer versions of various referenced GitHub Actions
  • Minor changes to goreleaser configuration.
  • Explicitly limit ci.yml to read-only permissions.
  • Trigger release workflow manually, not on push-to-tag.
