Context
Pulling the
go-jsonnetv0.20.0repository via Bazel and building locally results in an older version ofstd.libsonnetbeing bundled into the binary. As a result, enhancements that were made as part ofv0.20.0are not included.It appears the
cpp_jsonnetgit submodule was bumped to the appropriate commit in https://github.com/google/jsonnet but the git hash and checksum frombazel/repositories.bzlwas not.Intent

bazel/repositories.bzlto use the correctv0.20.0cpp_jsonnetdependency.
