Add a repo-local Codex configuration that points the sentry MCP server at the hosted mcp.sentry.dev endpoint. This makes the hosted server available in this workspace without requiring a separate manual setup step before running Codex here. Co-Authored-By: OpenAI Codex <noreply@openai.com>

Add a repo-local Codex config for this workspace that points the sentry MCP server at the hosted mcp.sentry.dev endpoint.
This lets Codex pick up the hosted Sentry MCP server configuration directly from the repository instead of requiring a separate manual setup step in each local environment.
The config is intentionally minimal and only wires up the hosted server URL with the experimental flag enabled.
