As reported in #9683 (comment), our current peer dependency range for the
astropackage doesn't allow beta/RC versions of Astro 4.0.0. This PR adds a dedicated range for4.0.0preview versions (beta and up). According to thesemverpackage, this will work for versions like:While I don't think it's strictly necessary that we officially support preview versions of the new major, I don't think it hurts us either and probably helps folks upgrade to 4.0 more seamlessly.
