Resolve some accumulated nits since v2.7.0: - Add 2 trailing spaces to markdown alerts (for pkg.go.dev). - Add magnifying glass to each <details><summary>. - Move sentence about API above the Highlights. - Add TIPS alert to make TinyGo content distinct. - Add GO logo with link to pkg.go.dev (for cbor godoc).
