🌐 Remove configuration files for inactive translations
This also removes the few pages that were translated to those languages.
Currently, we run the entire docs build pipeline for each language, but there are several that were never really translated, got only one or a handful of pages, and in some cases, the shorter ones, which are not really useful for the native speakers of those languages.
So, the actual translated content was minimal and would get out of date very quickly, with no active community effort to handle them.
