@localheinz is this being replaced with something? I have been looking at introducing this tool to another project, so some context for why this is being removed here would be helpful.

With the unsupported version I am using here to allow support for PHP 7.4 and above, using infection/infection prevents me from updating to newer versions of other packages - this is the only reason for removal, @fredden.
