@jhouserizer @akomakom should Java 21 replace Java 17 and/or Java 11 here? Or are we good to go ahead with 8 PR test jobs?!
- Add Linux and Windows Java 21 PR test jobs - Remove Windows Java 11 & 17 PR test jobs
