The PR that added this dependency properly added the dependency entry to Version.Details.xml and the version prop to Versions.props. Also, this dependency comes from runtime, which is built before msbuild in the VMR, so this prebuilt will be lifted properly during the VMR build. All this to mean that the dependency can be added to the prebuilt baseline. Fixed with 433f5f9 |
