I'm waiting for a containerd member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.

@containerd/committers looks like there is an issue with the hcsshim repo and case sensitivity? there are now two 0.6.3 tags in the repo, one with an uppercase V and one with a lowercase v:

which causes this git failure:

error: cannot lock ref 'refs/tags/v0.6.3': Unable to create 'C:/Users/runneradmin/AppData/Local/Temp/tmp.DuIl41Y9ir/.git/refs/tags/v0.6.3.lock': File exists.

I assume this is a recent change in the repo as there are no recent failures on this and there are no changes merged to release/1.7 in about 3 weeks
