🤔 , not exactly what we need but in the right direction. I thought vagrant would translate the archive as a keyword to the right URL. Let me try again. I'll writeup some logic to set the box and box URL if it contains the archive keyword. |

I think vagrant cloud also need to do the redirect to https://archives.fedoraproject.org/pub/archive/fedora/linux/releases/39/Cloud/x86_64/images/ where the actual image is present. |

Workaround for #12124
Fedora 39 cloud image is now available on archive. i.e. https://archives.fedoraproject.org/pub/archive/fedora/linux/releases/39/Cloud/x86_64/images/
