has the API schemas been updated for this? looks like https://developers.cloudflare.com/api/operations/magic-ipsec-tunnels-create-ipsec-tunnels is still missing the new fields. |

This PR adds healthcheck direction and rate parameters to the Magic IPsec Healthcheck type.
