I'm using this plugin since a couple years by now. Today I noticed that the description on PyPi is missing.
So I added that based on this chapter in the 'Python Packaging User Guide'.
I also fixed a few typos in README.md.
I also upgraded the outdated
setup-pythonaction.Python 3.7 has reached it's end-of-life on 2023-06-27 so I removed support for this version.
