This PR uses cargo cross to cross compile a whole bunch of targets, and simply runs
cargo teston those platforms.I've added the following targets, based on this table, but removed all
-musltargets as these should ™️ be the same as their-gnucounterparts.I've opened #535 as a tracking issue for the platforms that don't build
