In this PR we introduce a new decorator version 2023-11. In this version, any initializers added by context.addInitializer will be wrapped in a new per-field closure init_extra_, which is called when a field / accessor has been defined on the receiver.

For static fields or accessors, we insert the init_extra closure to the value node of the next static field / accessors, falling back to a new static block inserted at the end of the class body.

For non-static fields, the init_extra closure are handled exactly like how we handle the protoInit call mentioned in #16234: first to value node and second to constructors.

This PR can be reviewed by commits. The key commit is e635513, which shows the behaviour difference between 2023-05 and 2023-11, other commits are new decorator version routine.

This test is field-initializers-after-methods with private flavour. Unfortunately our output is not valid because the decorator is hoisted out of the class. This test is disabled temporarily. This issue is related to #16176.

Is this necessary? I remember I moved all the top level functions for better minimization.

I am not familiar with the minification part, currently we use factories for other deprecated decorator transforms as well. If they are unnecessary I can open a new PR to remove all applyDecs factories.

I remember we used factory functions to avoid conflicts between functions with the same name in the top-level scope. In version 2305, I moved all top-level functions to the function body, so it should be able to avoid factory functions, while keeping the old version as is would be fine.

Thanks! In that case I can revert the 2305 changes.

I remember you removed this check.

When applyDecs2305 was wrapped into a factory, the check in applyDecs2305.ts was replaced because the wrapper always pass 6 parameters (see a19712f). Now that applyDecs2305 does not have to be changed, this commit is removed as a result.

The check in applyDecs2311 is copied from applyDecs2305.ts. We could update it to parentClass !== void 0 as a class can not extend undefined and it will save us one byte or two.
