There was an issue apache#996 that is still open and points to `MavenITmng4470AuthenticatedDeploymentToProxyTest` IT, so lets trigger it and lets fix it.

Locally, building this PR + maven 3.9.x w/ this PR resolver + running 3.9.x ITs I cannot reproduce. I say let's merge this and keep eye on issue #996 (moved it into 1.9.25). |
