The changelog generator added a v0.13.1..v0.12.5 (yes, this way around) version to CHANGELOG.md. I've removed it from that file and pasted the variant that is on https://github.com/apache/arrow-rs-object-store/tree/release/0.12 at the moment here (with the tag comparison that makes more sense).
