Fixes that the host directives feature was incorrectly throwing the conflicting alias error when an aliased binding was being exposed under the same alias. Fixes angular#48951.

There was a problem hiding this comment.
Note that the error being fixed here was only in the runtime, not the compiler. I ported the tests over to the compiler for consistency.
