This is similar to the release of the P2 Repository / Eclipse Update Site of SonarQube for Eclipse. It does only upload the ZIP archive and unpack it as well to be usable from within the Eclipse IDE (a P2 client basically).

Summary
This is similar to the release of the P2 Repository / Eclipse Update Site of SonarQube for Eclipse. It does only upload the ZIP archive and unpack it as well to be usable from within the Eclipse IDE (a P2 client basically).
This is for reddeer#11 to not use custom logic as in the first approach for the release - as we have to rely on Repox for deployment and promotion anyway, we can also rely on the official GitHub Release Action.
Testing
I added tests but could not run them locally, I try to re-use the test logic for SonarQube for Eclipse.
