All IN TrialXConnect Training
The All IN for Health Volunteer registry is comprised of community members (over 15,000 - primarily IN residents) who have expressed a willingness to be contacted and participate in research projects for which they may be eligible
TrialXConnect is the online platform that houses BOTH the volunteer registry and study listing pages.
The whole system is called All IN for Health TrialXConnect and is managed by the IN CTSI.
All IN TrialX Connect Training
- There are no training pre-requisites, but we do advise researchers that it's best to have an IRB-approved study before taking training (which is why we ask for IRB number/OnCore protocol ID in the registration form), as this makes for a more optimal training experience.
- The training covers all aspects of the All IN for Health TrialXConnect system, including:
-
- Access to important materials/information, including guidance on IRB language and TrialXConnect materials to submit to your IRB of record.
- How the website looks/works from the volunteer perspective as well as the researcher perspective.
- How to navigate the system and use the different features for recruitment, such as; customizing and managing your study listing page, creating pre-screeners, creating campaigns to track referral sources, using the outreach search to identify cohorts and send outreach messaging to contact potential participants, updating referral statuses, and accessing metrics/reports.
- Review of best practices (expectations and guidelines for using the system for recruitment).
Please complete ALL fields in order from top to bottom in the registration form below.
