yeah, um, I'm alive. my cable died for a little while and I was busy with happenings.

so um. Nick's birthday was Saturday. we went thrifting and had an awesome time. I found the greatest purse of all time at one of the stores. it's bright orange and made to look like a goldfish... and I'm sure it was meant for a 6 year old BUT I DON'T CARE. it still had the tags on it and it's big enough to fit the face to my car stereo, so it was mine for three bucks. and I got a little boy's polo shirt that fits perfectly, but after I took it home and washed it I noticed that there was a stain on the front. :< it sucks because it's a perfectly good shirt besides that.

and my car's check engine light came on last week and so I haven't been driving for a while and it drove me INSANE for a little while. but my dad just popped in two seconds ago and he says it's just an oxygen sensor and maybe a heat circuit.. which I guess isn't really anything big. I can drive and go shopping and stuff again so YAY.

and I finally got Either/Or in.. it's awesome.
I also finished Crime and Punishment, which was not so awesome. but oh well.

I completely forgot what else I was going to write about because I got a phone call. wow, I am so cool.

shopping spree yesterday, courtesy of Nick~ I had fun and got expensive makeup. and I made him watch a whole hour of Three's Company! OHNOD:!!!!!! but it serves him right because he annoys me while I'm trying to drive. I did a perfect stop at a stop sign, and he leaned forward and "smashed" (read: rested) his nose on my dashboard and he was all ":O YOU BROKE MY NOSE OMG!" stupid boy.

so, um, yea. then we came back to my house and just did stupid stuff for a couple of hours and then I took him to get his hair cut. he really needed it... it was longer than mine. :x I don't think he likes it but oh well. I think it looks better. then I took him home but the genius didn't take his keys and no one was home so we had to get into his house through the window. then I went home and got into a little bit of trouble because I was seven freaking minutes late getting back home and we cuddled a bit too much for my mom's liking. --; siiiiigh~

and I get Either/Or on Wednesday as an early birthday present, providing it comes in on time. and from a basement on the hill comes out October 19th. me = excited.

I have senior picture crapola tomorrow and I look like utter crap. ugggggggh. I hate having pictures taken. some one save me from the pictures pleeeease.

so I started day one of the terrifying job expedition today. it was not fun. 2 places were out of applications and like 85498504380954 don't hire people under 18 anymore. and I didn't find out that one of them only hires 17 and up until after I filled out the application. so grr. I applied to 3 places today, counting that one where they won't hire me. I'm stressed.

so yeah. I don't really feel like writing anyway. gonna go play a video game or something and change into pajamas.

wtf, I got the most RETARDED sun burn ever. I managed to be out in the sun for 6 hours today and the only place I got sunburned was my freaking RIGHT KNEE. and it's freaking lobster red. kfjakljfdkljatghlkagjlkanfd WHY IS THIS?

so yeah, we went boating. my mom crashed our boat into a piece of wood at the dock, haha. now my dad has to fix the front part of our boat. and I got a big wave of lakewater in the face when I was swimming around. that wasn't cool. and being woken up at 7 in the morning wasn't cool either, but I got over that.

and now I'm in a hurry and I have to get ready to go to Nick's. BYE.

well, my computer is fixed... for now at least. One of the ribbon-y type things inside my computer doesn't sit exactly right. RAR XF

I watched Donnie Brasco yesterday. that is an amazing freaking movie.
and making earrings is the most fun EVER if you're broke and you have nothing to do. I made dangly lite brite earrings. w00t.

the fireworks show got canceled and so we're going boating tomorrow. yay?

This is the problem with LJ, we all think we are so close, and we know nothing about each other. So, I'm going to rectify it.

cranberry and white peach Ocean Spray juice and tea: ok. needs more sugar and would be better with a berry flavor.
strawberry banana V8 smoothie: disgusting. don't buy it. and I hurt my hand opening it. RAWR to gross smoothies.
Kool-Aid: still the best thing ever as long as you don't get the arctic green apple crap.

I tried to make an elliott smith shirt and I messed it up. now I'm sad.
it doesn't even look like him because I'm an idiot and I used too much fabric paint. I can easily try to redo it, and the shirt I used it on was $2.. but still. I'm bummed out now. :[

I MAY GET TO GO TO THE ARBORETUM TOMORROW!!!1one and have a yummy picnic among the pretty trees and flowers. AHHH!!#$K!@ I hope I get to gooooo or I'll be sad. ;[[[[[[[[[[[[ << like that sad.
