1:1 sessions
You're at a crossroads. You can feel it.
Maybe you're in a transition that hasn't quite landed yet. A decision you can't seem to make. A situation you've been turning over and over, and the thinking is making it worse, not clearer. A spiral has never really come up with clarity on anything, though, we do try!
Maybe you've lost the thread. The version of you who used to know what she wanted is somewhere underneath, and you can't quite reach her. Things on the outside look fine. Inside, you're not sure what your true path is anymore.
Maybe you just want to know what the aligned path is through this thing — the route that's actually yours, not the one that makes sense on paper, not the one other people are nodding at, not the one your overthinking brain has built a spreadsheet for.
You're not stuck because you're not smart enough. You're stuck because you've been using an outdated map.
What a session actually is
Do you remember a time before Sat Nav, when you'd set off somewhere new with just a map and confidence in your own abilities? We knew how to read maps. More importantly, we knew how to figure it out.
The modern world moves so fast, and we're so bombarded from every direction, that when it comes to our own lives — this adventure we're all taking into the unknown as we grow, expand, and change — we've forgotten how to read our own inner map.
We're all so used to having a Sat Nav now. Handy. BUT, it tells you to turn left.
It doesn't teach you how to find your own inner navigation system.
It doesn't teach you how to observe the stars, sense the winds, to feel your own Heart unfolding in front of you, tugging you in a certain direction. To know in the depths of your being because of all of this, that your path is to turn left.
Once you know how to feel your own inner navigation, a cacophony of Sat Navs could be shouting at you from the phone in your hand — telling you to turn right, that right is the smartest way, that right is the way others went and it worked out for them. You could be hearing all of that, and you'd still have this connection to your inner being so strong and knowing that you'd laugh:
Other people might have turned right. It might have worked out for them. I'm turning left. I know that's where my Heart Path is taking me.
I'm not interested in telling you what to do, and quite frankly, I don't think you're looking for someone to tell you, either.
I help you reconnect to yourself, so that you know what to do — or at least know how to sit in the discomfort of not-knowing, and trust that you will know when it's time.
I do this through talking to your spirit guides — which is essentially the energy of your own Heart Path. I'll flow the energy of your own Heart Path to you — something a lot of people are able to physically feel inside themselves once they know what to look for — and talk to you from the perspective of your own Heart Path. The Guides (which is what I call this energy — your energy) shift your perspective enough that you end up in closer alignment to yourself.
I don't tell you to turn left. By the end of a session, you'll likely say oh, I'm going to turn left. Because you've felt the connection, the path, the clarity so deeply that for the hour we're together, you no longer hear the noise out there. All the voices, all the chatter, all the different directions pulling at you.
You hear your heart. So you know what your next steps are.
Sometimes the guides will give you homework — an exercise, something to pay attention to, a meditation. Sometimes they simply guide you to a place where you feel more soothed and held. Every session is different, and depends on who you are, where you are, and what you need.
You leave with a felt sense of your own direction. Not a five-year plan. A reconnection to the inner compass that was always yours.
This isn't therapy. We're not excavating the past. It isn't coaching. I'm not setting you a goal and walking you towards it in a linear fashion.
It's closer to a recalibration — you arrive in one frequency and leave in another. The one that was already yours, before the noise.
Once, or regularly — both work
Some people come for one session and that's the session they needed. The crossroads clarifies. The decision lands. The thread is back in their hand and they walk on.
Most people, though, come back. Not because they need fixing, but because staying connected to your own signal in a world that's constantly pulling you off it is a practice, not a one-time event. It's closer to acupuncture than architecture. You don't hire an acupuncturist for a single session and expect to never need one again. You go regularly, because that's how you stay in tune.
A monthly or bi-monthly rhythm is what most of my returning clients land on. Some come quarterly. Some come when something specific is stirring and they want a second pair of eyes — mine and the Guides'.
You can do this once. You can come regularly. You don't have to decide which before you book.
Some people decide, after a session or two, that they want to work with me in a deeper capacity and sign up for a private 1:1 container. If you're interested in learning about that, you can read about it HERE.
If you've never worked with me
A single session is the place to start. There's no commitment beyond the session itself.
A few things I'd want you to know:
-This isn't a ‘taster’ session. It's a real session. We'll go to a real place. You can bring something specific you're working through, or you can bring "I don't know, I just feel off" — both are complete sentences here.
-You won't leave with a transformed life. You'll leave with one specific thing seen clearly, and a felt experience of what it's like to navigate from your own inner compass instead of from your overthinking.
-Most people are surprised by how much can shift in sixty minutes. I've stopped being surprised :).
If we've worked together before
You already know what to expect (and to expect the unexpected!).
Come back when you feel yourself drifting, when the old pattern starts whispering, when a decision is up and you can't tell whose voice is speaking. Or when nothing's wrong and you just want to feel the click of being back in your own frequency.
What happens
We meet on Zoom for sixty minutes. No intake form, no pre-work — I want to hear what's alive for you live, in the session. Whatever you bring is what we work with.
The first part is conversation. What's happening. What's pulling. Where you are. Then the Guides come in. Sometimes for twenty minutes, sometimes for forty. They're not predictive. They don't tell you what to do. What they do is name what's underneath, hold up the lens that lets you see what you couldn't see, and offer the specific re-tuning this moment is asking for.
I'll send you the recording via email after the session. People listen back. The work keeps landing for days, sometimes weeks — the body integrates long after the conversation ends.
The practical bit
Sixty minutes on Zoom. Recording emailed after.
$350 for a first session. $300 for returning clients.
I see a small number of clients each week, so single-session availability shifts depending on what else is in the calendar. If the time you want isn't there, email me and we'll find something that works.
In-person sessions: If you're in London, I'm available in person. I can do a house visit (email me for pricing), or you can come to my flat in Islington.
