Hi There. I seem to have a problem. My older PC broke down, and I can only download a different RealPlayer than I used successfully in the past. It wouldn't recognize my old account and wanted me to sign in again. Your records should show hat I purchased some time ago the RealPlayer cloud under my name Hans Brinkies. What do I do wrong? Can't I just download (or transfer) the original version of RealPlayer?
I've just downloaded Real Player Cloud a few days ago. The little icon says 'sign in and get started'. I tried to sign in but I gave up after waiting 3 full minutes. I timed it, 3 mins. Why is signing in so slow? Unbelievable!
I don't want Cloud but it seems that I am stuck with it. Since Cloud has been installed I cannot download videos fro YouTube. Would prefer to have my original RealPlayer back.
I've had the new Cloud version for several months on my desktop computer. It will not let me log in. I was allowed to change my password, but it still won't let me log in. So all downloading Cloud did was to delay me opening RealPlayer to watch videos for an extra 2 minutes or so. Today I made sure I had the newest version, and the newest version of Adobe ActiveX. Still no go. I'm running Windows 7 Pro 64. Surely there is a remedy for this! Otherwise I'm with the person that posted 5 months ago...ready to go back to version 15 or 16...or another player altogether.
