Dr shailendra is incredible. Helped me with my knee issue’s with a couple different treatment’s and exercises and I don’t have any pain or pressure anymore. 100% recommend coming here.

I have gone to other clinics in Sylvan Lake but this is by far the best one! My first visit was phenomenal. Very professional, explained what he was doing and why. Highly recommend, he's done wonders to get my arm moving.

Had a great experience, the staff are very professional, kind and welcoming. I felt right at home when I was there. The scheduling is flexible and accommodating.
The service and therapy was very relaxing and therapeutic. My back pain was a 10 out of 10 when I started, now is a complete 0. I would recommend Re+Active physiotherapy 100%

It is great to have Prajakta and her physiotherapy clinic in Sylvan Lake. They provide great care and deal with quite complex cases like mine tennis elbow injury. I really appreciate all the great work that out in to make patients feel better. I recommend this clinic to anybody who is in need for physio.

Can not recommend this place enough! I went from having neck pain nonstop for about 3 years. Within a few weeks of visiting Prajakta my neck pain is gone. Highly recommend!!
