Running the RatDVD installer on my Win10-PC only results in creating in a folder named ratDVD and a subfolder named XEB which contains two dll-files and a manifest-file. No executable files are being created.
DirectX 9 had been installed previously.
How can I run ratDVD?
Can you help me?
