The Rapid Fit App gives you the tools and information to help you achieve your nutrition and fitness goals. Complete with training videos, personalized coaching, customizable meal plans from registered dietitians, recommended grocery lists and interchangeable food options, all available in this all-in-one app solution! You can even sync up your wearable devices like Apple watch, Fitbit and Garmin to track your calories and steps. Use your Apple Health Kit to automatically log, track and count your daily steps. Activating Apple Health allows you to automatically track, count and record your daily steps to your cloud profile. To enable this feature, go to "Settings," then "Optional Settings" and tap the radio button for "Enable Apple Health Kit."
