On a very frosty Boxing Day morning we ventured out into the cold to visit <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Blickling_Hall\">Blickling Hall<\/a> &amp; Park and had a nice walk around the lake and gardens. Unfortunately, the house itself was closed but it still looked very picturesque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Today we went to Cambridge for a fairly standard touristy type visit around the various colleges. In the end, we could only go inside <a href=\"http:\/\/www.trin.cam.ac.uk\/\">Trinity<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.joh.cam.ac.uk\/\">St. John&#8217;s<\/a> College because the rest were closed for the bank holiday \ud83d\ude41 That said, we still had a good time and luckily the weather held out for the whole day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1704\" height=\"2272\" data-id=\"39874\" src=\"https:\/\/randomwire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img_3427.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39874\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1704\" height=\"2272\" data-id=\"39871\" src=\"https:\/\/randomwire.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/img_3445.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-39871\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Inside St. John&#8217;s College<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The only downside of Cambridge is that it seems to be terminally busy with people everywhere making photography a bit tricky.
