   I think a lot of people feel the same way you do. I believe we fall into this dark place because we are alone with our thoughts. There is no better way to kill our happiness than to overthink. As we dwell on things, they consume us and it becomes difficult to pull away from those thoughts when we have no one around to distract us. Sometimes I go for a walk or put on music to help distract myself. Maybe that can be of help to some as well. Great share! I believe a lot of people can relate to this. 🙂

     Thank you very much, yes your tips are good advice. Putting music on most of the time works well. Tomorrow is another day and I will look forward to it!
