Only 11 days till my birthday! I hope i get something good. It's unfortunately going to be a crappy day since i have ralatives coming and visiting, oh joy. That will be fun. I dyed my hair a medium auburn, which translates in english to a red head, though im naturally a brunette. I had been thinking about it for a while now, and i finally made the decision when i saw a great sale on hair color @ HEB of all places, get this a box for $1.50 of Clairol hair color. Now is that a deal or not. We bought two boxes since my hair is so long, unfortunately when mom did my hair she used most of it on top, so there is a big differenco in color on the top then the bottom. Im thinking of going back and getting a third box to do the bottom. But other than that it looks great and i love it. Its a change from my highlights that my mom did for me with another box, half a year ago or so. But unfortunately since my hair is so thick causing the dye to not take as well than the top that you can still see the highlights, lmao! Anyways in other news i just finished Harry Potter 6, about an hour ago or so!!! I think it was so much better than the third, but was upset that Sirius didn't come back and that DUMBLEDORE DIED! That was so horrible, i like such a geek cried when i read that, lol! Poor Harry is going through some tough times. Snape was interesting, because i knew he wasn't entirely on the good side but i didnt think he was bad either, so it was interesting to find out what side he really was on. And now Hogwarts now has three teahing positions to fill. One Defense Against The Dark Arts, which unfortunately has been the most hardest position to fill. I don't understand why though, because i think it is an awesome class, and if it was real i would be in it, lol. Second, would be Potiions, because i seriously doubt that Sloghorn is going to stick around, i mean look at it, he had to be persuaded to do the job in the first place, and he likes his comforts and is lazy, so hes going to be gone soon. And last but not least is Headmaster, that will of course be filled by Professor McGonagal, but will she stay in that position, is what i am curious to find out. So to sum up i'm deleting two wasted journals and i am giving everyone a week's notice (thats October 21st for all you lazy people who don't look at a calender)!
For the past year my dog has had congestive heart failure and has been slowly deteriorating. Her heart is very enlarged and had fluid build up in the lungs hence she coughs constantly to try and clear it. The coughing has gotten so bad she can barely breathe. Mom took her to the vet early this morning, and the vet gave her a shot. If the shot doesn't work, she will have to unfortunately be put down. Not the best news to wake up to this morning. Luckily though she has been doing relatively well, but there is no doubt in my mind that by the end of the week she will no longer be around. So basically she has anywhere from a day to two weeks tops of living much longer.
