Orlando Plumbing and AC Repair

Had to call Rainaldi because our water heater was hissing incredibly loud. Brandon Turner came over diagnosed the problem, got the new water heater and had everything good to go in a very reasonable amount of time. He gave us plenty of information along every step, repiped the horrible job the previous owners did and was overall just a nice and easy person to work with. Because of our experience we are now on their service plan and couldn’t be happier.

I’ve been using Rainaldi for a few years now and they’ve never disappointed. I’ve had an emergency AC need in mid FL summer and they were out to service fast. I use their maintenance program and every 6 months they come out and make sure it’s running good. They call to remind you and the people technicians call before they arrive. Each service tech has been great, explaining if you need, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Rainaldi for your AC/Plumbing needs.

I’d like to give a shout out to my technician Shannon, he is always so upbeat, always informative of what’s going on with the system whether it be just a normal service call, or an emergency call. He explains to you what’s happening. Shannon is always friendly and professional in every way. He’s happy to be on the job and always smiling! More techs should follow his footsteps!

Brandon was thorough and kind and explained everything so that we could make an informed decision that was best for us. He was able to complete the job the same day and did a great job!
