It seems my insomnia has returned with a vengeance, as it is wont to do during the school year when I have a billion things to think about. I was awake at 1:30 this morning (and 2:30 and 3:30 and so on) thinking about shit that is completely insignificant by the light of day, but there you go. I did fall asleep again around five, but the alarm went off at 5:50 and effectively wiped out any good effects of the sleep I might have had. I think I might have even cried a little bit, but I'm too tired to remember.
I had to make a sticky note at work today with the stuff I needed to post about because apparently the length of my attention span is directly proportionate to the amount of sleep I get. Who would have thought. *checks sticky* Oh, right. Bliss, card, insomnia, and the KZLA cowboy, who was plastered across the side of a bus going in the opposite direction on my way to work this morning. Couple him with my half-awake commute and there's an accident in the making, people.
I may have yelled at six-and-seven-year-olds today, but you can't prove anything :|
