mommas don't let your babies

In my mailbox today, a postcard appeared. There was no return address. On the front was a boot, complete with spurs and chaps, and the word TEXAS. On the back was the handwritten message "You bet". Now, I have my ideas about the origins of this postcard, but it would be much more exciting for me if the sender would comment here so I could flail appropriately in their direction.

It was postmarked Arkansas, by the way, and that is probably only amusing for me and one other person.
