Add New Service<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

To add a new service, go to Radius Booking \u2192 Services \u2192 Add Service<\/strong>. The service setup is split into three tabs: Details<\/strong>, Pricing<\/strong>, and Settings<\/strong>. Below covers the Details tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Details<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1.1  Basic Information (Required)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, input essential details that identify your service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Service Name<\/strong>: Enter a clear, descriptive name for your service. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Category:<\/strong> Select a category to organize your service (e.g., Beauty & Personal Care). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    1.2  Staff Assignment (Required)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Assign the employees who can perform this service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Available Employees:<\/strong> Select one or more staff members from the dropdown. At least one must be assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      1.3  Service Settings (Optional)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • Show Service on Site:<\/strong> Toggle on to make this service visible to customers on the booking form.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Recurring Appointments:<\/strong> Enable repeat bookings for this service. Choose a frequency from the dropdown (default: Disabled). Admin can choose from Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or All. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        1.4  Description & Media (Optional)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Service Image:<\/strong> Upload a professional image for the service (recommended size: 800\u00d7600px).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Service Description:<\/strong> Write a short description to help customers understand what the service includes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Then click on the \u2018Next<\/strong>\u2019 button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          2. Pricing<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          This tab covers the time and cost settings for your service. It has four sections:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          2.1  Duration & Price (Required)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Set how long the service takes and what it costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • Duration:<\/strong> Choose the service length from the dropdown (e.g., 30 minutes). Required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Price:<\/strong> Enter the base price for the service (e.g., $20.00).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            2.2  Buffer Times (Optional)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Add preparation or wrap-up time around each appointment to avoid scheduling conflicts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            • Buffer Time Before: <\/strong>Time needed to prepare before the appointment starts (e.g., 10 minutes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Buffer Time After:<\/strong> Time needed to wrap up after the appointment ends (e.g., 10 minutes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

              2.3  Capacity Settings (Optional)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Control how many customers can book this service at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              • Minimum Capacity: <\/strong>The least number of customers required for the service to run.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Maximum Capacity: <\/strong>The maximum number of customers allowed per booking slot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                2.4  Deposit Payment (Optional)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                Collect an upfront deposit to secure bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                • Require Deposit Payment:<\/strong> Toggle on to enable deposit collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Deposit Type:<\/strong> Choose Fixed Amount or Percentage of the total price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Deposit Amount:<\/strong> Set the deposit value (e.g., $5).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Allow Full Payment Option:<\/strong> Toggle on to let customers pay the total amount upfront instead of just the deposit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  Click \u2018Next\u2019<\/strong> to move to the \u2018Settings\u2019<\/strong> tab, or \u2018Back\u2019<\/strong> to return to the \u2018Details\u2019<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  3. Settings <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                  This is the final tab when adding a service. It lets you override global booking restrictions specifically for this service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  3.1  General Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  Fine-tune how bookings are managed for this individual service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  • Default Appointment Status:<\/strong> Set the initial status for new bookings (e.g., Pending). This is what customers see right after booking. You can select Global Bookings or choose from Confirmed, Pending, Cancelled, or Completed. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Minimum Booking Time:<\/strong> Here, you can allow clients how far in advance they must book. Defaults to the global setting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Minimum Cancel Time:<\/strong> How much notice is required before a customer can cancel. Defaults to the global setting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Minimum Reschedule Time:<\/strong> How much notice is required before a customer can reschedule. Defaults to the global setting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Booking Advance Period (days):<\/strong> How many days ahead customers are allowed to book (e.g., 30 days).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • Redirect URL After Booking:<\/strong> Enter a URL to send customers to a custom page (e.g., a thank-you page) after a successful booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    3.2  Payment Methods (Optional)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    Select which payment methods customers can use to pay for this service. Toggle on the methods you want to accept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                    • Stripe:<\/strong> Accept credit and debit card payments online via Stripe.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • PayPal:<\/strong> Accept payments through PayPal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Cash Payment:<\/strong> Allow customers to pay on-site in cash. Enabled by default.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      3.3  Integrations (Optional)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Connect this service with external apps to enhance the booking experience. Toggle on the integrations you need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      • Google Calendar: <\/strong>Automatically create calendar events and generate meeting links for each booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Google Meet: <\/strong>Auto-create a Google Meet video link for every appointment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Zoom:<\/strong> Automatically create a Zoom meeting room when a booking is confirmed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        Once all settings are configured, click \u2018Create Service\u2019<\/strong> to save and publish the service. Use the \u2018Back\u2019<\/strong> button to revisit the other tabs if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        All Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                        The All Services page gives you a complete overview of every service you have created, neatly grouped by category. From here, you can manage, edit, and organize your services without opening each one individually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        To access it, go to: Radius Booking \u2192 Services \u2192 All Services.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        Page Actions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        Two action buttons are available at the top right of the page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        • + Add Service:<\/strong> Click this to create a brand new service. This opens the Add Service form with the three-tab setup (Details, Pricing, Settings<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        • + Add Category:<\/strong> Select this to create a new service category. Categories help you group related services together for better organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                          Search & Sort<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          • Search Bar:<\/strong> Use the search box to quickly find a service by name across all categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Sort Order:<\/strong> Use the Name A \u2192 Z dropdown to reorder services alphabetically or by other criteria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                            Service List<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            Services are displayed in groups under their assigned category (e.g., Fitness & Wellness, Education & Coaching). Each service entry shows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                            • Service Name:<\/strong> The name and short description of the service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Duration:<\/strong> How long the service takes (e.g., 30 min, 1h).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Price:<\/strong> The base price of the service (e.g., $12.00).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • Action Menu (\u22ef):<\/strong> Click the three-dot menu on any service to edit or delete it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                              Category Actions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                              Each category header has its own set of action icons on the right:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
