I'm writing these notes at 2:29 p.m. Pacific time on April 7th, 2026. I'm mentioning that for any archaeologists who would be alive a hundred years ago who will wonder what happened to Earth's civilization on this day. The current President of the United States is in the opinion of many, including myself, not of sound mind. There are many, even in the President's political party, who feel that article 4 of the 25th Amendment, which provides a mechanism to remove a President if he cannot perform this duties, should be invoked immediately. It is obvious to me that most of the people who are hashtagging 25th Amendment have never taken a civics class. Enclosed in this post is your lesson for today.
